A little about me,
I'm based in Wake Forest, North Carolina. This is where I spend my days with all my boys - no really! I am the only lady in my house! I have two little boys and my dear husband. I have dedicated the last three years to being a stay at home mom/wife and it has been a blessing. Before this I had a corporate job as a designer and prior to that I taught!
My first camera dates back to the early 2000s - I was in elementary school - film was the name of the game :) I've always loved photography, design and art. My passion is creating, and capturing emotion. I had a variety of point and shoots until my now husband bought me my first DSLR in 2015 for a trip to Europe I would be taking.
It wasn't until we got married that I started to take this seriously and began taking on sessions and weddings. This helped me in my journey to discover what I really loved to capture - newborns, families, and the journey of motherhood.

My goal as a storytelling photographer is to capture your unique season of life and all the special moments in between. You will often hear me say 'don't look at me' or 'pretend that I'm not here'. It sounds silly since you hired me to be there but honestly, that's the moment you simply start being you. This is when I create worthwhile and beautiful imagery from what may seem ordinary. I have a passion for capturing organic moments and emotions that ignite a feeling within and finding the beauty from the chaos in every changing season of life. I am so grateful when a family gives me the honor of capturing various stages of their life. I do not take this honor lightly and want to give you the best and most personal experience
