After your initial inquiry, I will reach out to you within 2-3 days. We then start things off by either chatting via email, or a 15 minute call to go over your vision and determine if we are a match!

Now it's time to pick a date! Once that's done, you'll complete and sign your contract and make a non-refundable retainer. You're in! 

Here's the start of the experience! You receive your Karina Thomson Photography -  Family Welcome Guide! This will help guide you in preparing for our upcoming session and future sessions too! Full of amazing information to help you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

As part of your experience I will help you style and coordinate your family members outfit prior to our session!  We do this together to make sure your vision comes to life. You can always reach out for more questions prior to the session.

We are basically besties by now and we both know exactly what to expect from each other! Let's make some magic and capture some beautiful moments.

I go through our session and send you some sneak peeks because who can wait that long??? Check your inbox between 48-72 hours - with the exception of the mini collection. Typically it'll take 2-3 weeks to deliver your full gallery

Your gallery is ready and we both do a happy dance! You get all your edited digital files and can print directly from the print shop or printer of choice. 

A week prior to our session I will take a look at the weather and we pick a location that speaks to you and who you are as a family. This is also when we solidify timing and meeting place.
